ISLAMABAD: After refusal of Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaisar to issue immediate production orders for Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Zardari, it is surfacing as obvious that he won’t be able to attend the session today on Friday.
Local media reported that Asad assured PPP delegation of issuing the orders for the former president but now he has said that it won’t be possible for him to issue orders for today’s session.
In response to this latest development, the senior leadership of PPP has started consultation to form a consensus on the options available to them.
Earlier, while in the custody of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), former president Asif Ali Zardari’s medical examination was conducted by a team of doctors.
They reported that his blood pressure and heart rate were normal but his blood sugar level was low.
